Qualifications
 |
Industry Professional – at least 5 years experience in loan origination practices |

Federal/State Regulator – at least 3
years in a regulatory position related
to mortgage industry |
|
|
Associated Mortgage GSE Professional – at least 3 years experience |
|
|
All instructors are able to demonstrate that she/he is a subject matter expert in one or more of the following mortgage practices including, but not limited to: federal law and regulations; state laws and regulations and general mortgage origination practices. |

|
A
bachelor’s degree from an accredited
institution is preferred but relevant professional experience can meet the requirements. |

All instructors will be required to complete and sign a questionnaire documenting relevant background information and indicating whether they have been arrested and/or convicted of a felony. The Academy will request further information and seek authorization to perform a complete criminal background check if deemed necessary. |
