Instructor Code of Ethics

The instructors for the Academy for Professional Mortgage Originator Licensing, LLC are expected to:

	Provide high quality, up-to-date, pre-license and continuing education.
	Adhere to all education program and course standards and operational guidelines and procedures as outlined by NMLS and applicable state regulatory requirements.
	Be truthful in statements to the Academy, its students and other mortgage professionals.
	Comply with all applicable business, employment and industry laws.
	Provide equal and fair treatment to all students.
	Ensure students adhere to all program requirements including attendance policy and classroom policies.
	Maintain the confidentiality of all student information.
	Maintain the integrity and copyright of the Academy documents and materials.
	Maintain a drug- and alcohol-free work class environment.
